RECOMMENDED RESERVATION LEAD TIMES

When making Reservations we recommend these lead times:

	Weekend	Weekday
Winter/Spring:	1 to 2 Months	1 Week
Summer/Fall:	2 to 4 Months	1 Week

These are just suggestions - please feel free to call anytime!

CANCELLATION POLICY

• A $15.00 bookkeeping fee per room will be imposed for ALL cancellations.
• Should you cancel a reservation 7 days or less from your scheduled visit - there is a full charge (unless we are able to fill room).
• Bookings of two to three rooms must cancel 14 days prior to reservation.
• Bookings of rour or more rooms must cancel 21 days prior to reservation.

 Check Out: By 12:00 Noon
